The problem
Solo service providers — hairdressers, tutors, trainers — were stitching together spreadsheets, texts, and a calendar app just to book appointments.
The process
Launched a single-page booking tool in six weeks. Spent the first year shipping weekly based on direct feedback from a support inbox, before hiring anyone.
The results
Reached 40,000 active businesses and processed over $12M in bookings before being acquired by a vertical SaaS company in 2024.
