The problem

Writers were juggling a separate editor, newsletter platform, and analytics dashboard just to publish one post.

The process

Built the first version around a single principle: writing, publishing, and list-growth in one screen. Currently run part-time alongside Compound Labs.

The results

Crossed 3,000 paying writers with a small, deliberately un-hired team.
